I typically don’t expect much of breweries located in strip malls. Don’t let it turn you off! The vibe inside was cool, the food was tasty, and the beer was outstanding. Melange a Trois, a barrel aged Belgian (Golden Strong?) aged in Chardonnay barrels was my second favorite beer on the trip.
